Welcome to Paths to Awareness. Thank you for visiting my site. I’m Lesa, and I offer classes and workshops in mindfulness meditation, qigong and yin yoga. All classes are presently offered on-line on the Zoom platform.
While meditation, qigong and yoga are different from one another in origin and practice, they all cultivate embodied presence, awareness, overall well-being, clarity, steadiness, kindness, compassion and ease.
Over the years, I have come to love these life-affirming practices and to appreciate deeply the many benefits they offer. I bring them forward so you too may enjoy the benefits. My classes are suitable and beneficial for both new and experienced practitioners.
